Setting B2B Meetings using Chat
B2B meeting scheduling is not automatic.
Setting meetings requires that you first locate the attendee(s) that you wish to meet with and then send them a chat message with a request to meet. If they choose to meet with you, then you may discuss a suitable location and time.
STEP 1
Find the list of attendees in the home page of the mobile app.
STEP 1 – SECOND OPTION
From HOME page, click the menu icon on the upper left corner of your screen.
STEP 2
Scroll through the list of attendees. You can also search attendees here.
STEP 3
Select the attendee that you want to chat with and scroll down to the bottom to see the CHAT option.

Click on the “Chat with …” button.
STEP 4
Enter your chat message in the window.
