Updating the mobile application
The mobile application is designed to work online only, but it may require manual updating by the user if the agenda, attendees, or other information has changed.
STEP 1
Under all apps click the icon for the Go Global Awards event.
STEP 2
If prompted, click UPDATE to get the latest updates/changes made in the app.
STEP 3
If Step 3 does not work you can go to MENU and click Refresh App to manually check for any updates.
