Media Distribution Partners & Coverage Management

At the Go Global Awards, we leverage an extensive network of media distribution partners to guarantee maximum visibility for every delegate’s announcements—both in the lead-up to the event and afterward. Our carefully curated list of partners includes global trade publications, industry-specific journals, wire services, and influential digital news portals. These outlets span categories such as supply chain, international trade, finance, technology, and general business news, ensuring that your press release lands in front of the most relevant editors, reporters, and audiences.

Pre-Event Media Outreach

Approximately four weeks before the Awards, we coordinate a dedicated pre-event press release for each delegate. To avoid overlap and maintain editorial credibility, we schedule these releases on staggered dates—assigning time slots according to industry segment (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, fintech, government relations). Each release is tagged with precise keywords and category labels so that it automatically routes to the right journalists and channels (for example, trade-policy reporters versus supply-chain analysts). By spacing out announcements, we prevent media “clutter” and ensure that each delegate’s news stands out.

Post-Event Media Amplification

Within one week of the Awards, we issue post-event press releases that recap highlights—naming delegates, summarizing key achievements, and including official quotes or photos when available. As with pre-event coverage, these releases are categorized (e.g., “Award Winners,” “Keynote Insights,” “Top B2B Connections”), and distributed to outlets aligned with each category. We work with partners who specialize in rapid turnaround, so your post-event announcement reaches both global wire services and niche publications within 48 hours of distribution.

Dedicated Distribution Process & Reporting

For every release—pre and post—we follow a strict workflow:

  1. Content Review & Approval: Our in-house communications team drafts your press release. You receive a final copy for sign-off before it goes live.

  2. Categorization & Scheduling: We assign each release to the appropriate media category (e.g., “Supply Chain Innovation,” “Government Trade Initiatives,” “Technology”, “Manufacturing” etc) and schedule it on our shared editorial calendar to avoid conflicts with other announcements.

  3. Partner Routing: Based on category and geographic focus, releases are routed to specific subsets of our 400+ media partners. For example, a delegate in digital trade might have their pre-event release sent to FinTech Today, TradeTech Magazine, and the ICT Newswire, while their post-event recap also goes to Global Economic Insights and Business Wire.

  4. Confirmation & Follow-Up: After distribution, we receive confirmation logs from each partner (date/time of syndication, publication links if applicable). Our team follows up with any top-tier outlets that require additional assets (high-res photos, delegate bios etc).

Once the cycle concludes, each delegate receives a Full Media Distribution Report that includes a detailed list of outlets that published or shared the release (with URLs and publication timestamps)
