Nomination Process

The Go Global Awards, hosted annually by the International Trade Council, celebrates companies that drive innovation, champion sustainability, and expand their impact beyond borders. The nomination process is independent, transparent, and free of charge, designed to recognize outstanding achievements without financial barriers at the initial stage.

Why Nominate?

Being nominated for the Go Global Awards provides your organization with:

  • The opportunity to be recognized among global peers and thought leaders

  • Increased brand visibility across international media and social platforms

  • A listing in the official delegate book and nominee roll

  • Networking opportunities with investors, trade officials, and C-suite executives

  • Access to exclusive business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking sessions during the Awards program

  • Potential selection for special recognition in newly created categories reflecting emerging industry trends

For many companies, a nomination has led to new partnerships, investment opportunities, and enhanced global positioning.

How the Nomination Process Works

  1. Submit Your Nomination (Free of Charge):
Fill out the brief online nomination form. You may nominate in multiple categories relevant to your company’s achievements. There is no cost to nominate, and the process is open to all organizations, regardless of size or membership status with the International Trade Council.

  2. Evaluation by the Judging Panel:
All eligible submissions are reviewed by an independent Panel of Judges, which includes representatives from the Board of the International Trade Council, the International Centre for Trade Transparency, and selected external advisors. The panel evaluates nominees based on merit, innovation, leadership, and impact.

  3. Pre-Approval or Roll-Over Status:
If your organization has been nominated in previous years, your submission may already be pre-approved for shortlisting under our roll-over system. Please contact us to confirm your status.

  4. Category Allocation & Special Considerations:
While official award categories are published on our website, the Judging Panel may recommend new categories or distinctions based on the unique merits of your nomination. This ensures that innovative companies in niche or emerging fields are also recognized.

  5. Finalist Notification & Event Participation:
Shortlisted companies will be invited to confirm their participation in the in-person Go Global Awards event in London on November 18–19, 2025. Finalists gain full access to the two-day program, including curated B2B meetings, networking receptions, formal dinners, and exposure to media and investors.

❗ Important Notes

  • The Go Global Awards is not limited to International Trade Council members—we welcome and encourage entries from businesses, NGOs, and institutions worldwide.

  • While there is no fee to nominate, companies that are selected as finalists will receive an official invitation to attend the event in London. Nominees will be asked to confirm attendance and cover the delegate participation fee, which helps to support program logistics, delegate book printing, B2B match-making preparation, and media production.
