To maximize your networking potential, the Go Global Awards provides dedicated private meeting rooms where you can hold one-on-one or small-group B2B discussions in a confidential setting. Located within our Westminster venue, these rooms can be pre-booked in advance, ensuring you have a reserved space for critical conversations with potential partners, investors, and clients.

Private Meeting Room Options (Free – 1st Booking Basis)

Bailey Room

  • Location: Lower Ground 2 Floor
  • Capacity: Up to 6 people
  • Features:

Modern, intimate space ideal for focused discussions or interviews. The room’s compact layout ensures privacy, and room service–style catering from Brasserie One is available upon request (chargeable). Its proximity to other syndicate rooms also makes it easy to coordinate back-to-back meetings.

Buchanan Room

  • Location: Ground Floor (rear of the main foyer)
  • Capacity: Up to 14 people
  • Features:

An elegant, ground-floor meeting room with a large central table perfect for private discussions or formal presentations. Natural light filters in from adjacent windows, creating a welcoming atmosphere for negotiations or executive briefings.

How Pre-Booking Works

Delegate & Local Counterpart Directory (30 Days Prior)
One month before the Awards, all registered attendees receive a digital directory listing:

  • International Delegates: Names, titles, companies, countries, and direct contact details.
  • UK Counterparts: Curated profiles of local executives, government liaisons, and Chamber of Commerce representatives available for meetings.

Using this directory, you can identify the individuals you wish to meet—whether they’re fellow international delegates or UK-based partners.

 

Scheduling Window

  • Opens: Immediately upon directory release (30 days before the Awards)
  • Closes: Three weeks later
  • Process:
    1. Log into the B2B Scheduling Portal (link provided with the directory email).
    2. Select up to five preferred counterparts per timeslot.
    3. Choose your preferred meeting room (Bailey, Bruce White, or Buchanan) and desired duration (10 minute slots).
    4. Submit your requests; confirmations or alternate suggestions will follow within 48 hours.

Final Meeting Roster
One week before the Awards, you’ll receive a personalized B2B schedule detailing:

  • Room assignments (Bailey or Buchanan)
  • Exact meeting times
  • Names, titles, and organizations of confirmed counterparts
