Letters of Invitation

We recognize that securing a UK visa can be a critical step for our international delegates. To facilitate this process, every registered, vetted, and approved participant is entitled to a comprehensive Letter of Invitation issued on official International Trade Council letterhead. Our Letter of Invitation clearly states your full name, organization, role, event dates, and the purpose of your attendance, ensuring that visa officers understand the legitimacy and importance of your trip.

Full Support for Visa Applications

From the moment you complete your registration, our team begins preparing your Letter of Invitation. We include:

  • Official ITC Letterhead: A signed, dated document that outlines your participation and sponsorship details.
  • Event Details: Exact dates, venue location in Westminster, and a brief description of the Go Global Awards’ significance, demonstrating why your presence is essential.
  • Delegate Credentials: Confirmation of your role—whether as a nominee, award recipient, or VIP guest—highlighting that you are an integral part of our program.

Once you receive this letter, you can submit it directly to the UK Embassy, Consulate, or official visa-processing agency (e.g., VFS Global). We recommend including the letter alongside your visa application, personal bank statements, business documentation, and any additional supporting materials requested by the diplomatic mission.

How to Request Your Letter of Invitation

  1. Complete Registration: Ensure you have fully registered for the Go Global Awards and paid any applicable fees.
  2. Submit Required Details: During registration, provide your full legal name, title, organization, mailing address, and a scanned copy of your passport’s photo page.
  3. Verification Process: Our team will verify your registration status and confirm that all necessary documentation has been received.
  4. Receive Your Letter: Within two business days of confirmation, you will receive an email containing your official Letter of Invitation in PDF format. We typically do not mail hard-copies as this is not required by the Embassy.
  5. Confirm Publication: Once approved, your name and details will be added to the online Featured Attendees page. You will also be notified when the printed delegate book goes to press and when pre-release news articles mention your participation.

If you have any questions or need additional guidance—such as formatting your visa application or interpreting embassy requirements—our team is available to assist you at every step. We are committed to ensuring that your journey to London is as seamless as possible.
