Networking Program

Our networking program is designed to facilitate meaningful connections between delegates and an exclusive roster of VIPs throughout the afternoon and into the late evening. At 1:00 PM, we begin with a Networking Luncheon (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM) in the Palace’s Grand Hall. Rub shoulders with Lords and Ladies of the Realm, senior Government Officials, and heads of leading Chambers of Commerce and industry associations, and enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu while engaging in roundtable discussions on emerging trade corridors, investment trends, and collaborative opportunities. Venture capital firms and C-suite executives from top global corporations rotate between tables, ensuring that each conversation offers fresh insights and potential partnerships.

Following the luncheon, informal “coffee corners” (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM) will be set up in adjacent breakout rooms, where delegates can continue dialogues one-on-one with public-sector delegates and private-sector innovators in a more relaxed setting. From 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, attend Industry Briefings—succinct, high-impact presentations by select VIP speakers, such as leading economic advisors and senior trade commissioners—followed by interactive Q&A sessions.

As dusk approaches, formalities give way to the Pre-Dinner Cocktails (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM) in the Palace’s East Wing. Beneath glittering chandeliers, you’ll rub shoulders with an elite audience of international dignitaries: Members of the House of Lords, executive partners from top venture capital firms, premier export promotion agency heads, and renowned think-tank directors. Sip on signature cocktails while nurturing earlier conversations or forging new alliances with fellow industry titans. At 8:00 PM, guests transition seamlessly into the awards dinner, already equipped with high-value contacts and the promise of future collaborations.

For those who wish to extend the evening, the After-Party Pub Crawl begins at 11:00 PM. This optional, informal excursion leads small groups from one historic Westminster pub to the next—allowing you to unwind, share reflections on the day’s events, and make deeper personal connections in a convivial atmosphere. Whether you’re sampling traditional ales or exchanging insights over late-night bites, the pub crawl offers a fun way to cap off a day of high-level networking.

Next Day: Informal Site Visits & Touristic Activities
On the morning following the Awards, we’ve organized a series of informal site visits and touristic activities for attendees who wish to explore London’s rich cultural landscape. From 10:00 AM onward, choose from options such as a guided stroll through Westminster Abbey’s cloisters, a behind-the-scenes tour of the Houses of Parliament (subject to availability), or a leisurely walk along the Thames to the Tower of London (outside only). For museum enthusiasts, small group visits to the British Museum or National Gallery are arranged, with optional meetups for coffee at nearby cafés. Alternatively, you can join a curated shopping excursion through Covent Garden and Regent Street. These informal activities—all free of admission charges for museums—provide a relaxed backdrop for continuing discussions sparked at the Awards, fostering both professional camaraderie and memorable experiences of London’s landmarks.
