He is a Senior Associate Attorney at Green and Spiegel U.S., working out of the Firm’s Providence office, will lead a presentation and Q&A session regarding work permits, startup Visas and other logistics and hurdles businesses need to navigate in order to expand their presence into new countries. Andrew represents clients on a variety of matters, including Form I-9 / E-Verify Compliance, Cross-Border, nonimmigrant visa applications, employment-based visa petitions, and applications for permanent residency and citizenship.​
