Diogo Ivo Cruz is acting Executive Director and Project Director of Invest Lisboa, Lisbon’s Investment Promotion Agency.
MBA Award, from AESE Business School, and MSc in Integrated Environmental Studies by University of Southampton. Whit a background in science, project management and entrepreneurship, Diogo has had a diverse career ranging from scientific research to environmental project management and co-founding a technological start-up.

For the past 15 years, Diogo has been deeply involved at the promotion of Lisbon as an investment destination and supporting investors and C-Level managers throughout the decision-making process, by offering advice, providing information, and developing partnerships.

Invest Lisboa is Lisbon’s investment promotion agency. It offers personalised, confidential, and free support, including advice, information, contacts, identifying business partners, premises and investment opportunities to investors, companies and entrepreneurs looking to invest or settle in the region of Lisbon.

Created in 2009, Invest Lisboa results from a strategic partnership between Portugal’s capital city municipality, Lisbon City Council, and the CCIP – Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, supported by AICEP, the national economic development agency.
