A diversity, equity and inclusion leader, Guillaume serves as UNFI’s first Vice President for Diversity & Inclusion. His experience spans health and policy including serving as head of diversity & inclusion at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, a nationally recognized health insurance company serving over 400,000 members. Previously, Guillaume served as associate director of policy at Whitman-Walker Health, a D.C.-based medical/legal partnership, federally-qualified health center and as director of policy at the Center for Global Health and Diplomacy. Guillaume serves on a number of community and nonprofit boards.
