As Business Development Manager, Mark promotes New Hampshire to prospective companies – from regional to multinational – as well as assist those looking to grow within the state. He works collaboratively with federal, state, and local governments, as well as statewide and regional economic development stakeholders, to best market their areas to new and expanded economic growth. He crafts strategies and tactics to create economic opportunities and assist in areas such as housing, energy, workforce recruitment and retention, K-16 education attainment, healthcare, regulatory reform, and more. Mark has also established the state’s broadband office, which manages nearly a half-billion dollars in federal funding. Before that, Mark was state business retention specialist that worked to keep companies in the state.
A New Hampshire native and a dual graduate from the University of New Hampshire, including a master’s in public administration, Mark’s background is steeped in the state’s business, political, media, and education fields.
