Paul has more than 35 years of experience in marketing, sales, and general management, in both domestic and international markets, for multinational and start-up companies.  Paul started his career in Sales and Marketing at Bose Corporation where he held a number of positions to include Director of North American Sales, Co-Director of Corporate Communications and European General Manager.  He has held positions in startup and venture backed companies where he orchestrated global rapid growth marketing strategies for both long term and acquisition goals. He was a Founder and Chairman of the Board for Balefire Labs Inc., an Edtech startup. Paul was the founder and volunteer Executive Director and Board member for the non-profit Venture Mentoring Service of Rhode Island.  He has worked as an adjunct professor at the Harvard University Extension School, where he taught marketing in the ALM Masters in Management program. He served as a volunteer Mentor with the MIT Venture Mentoring Service.  A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
